Leslie Jerry Nims, LLD, Chairman & CTO:
Dr. Nims developed the Nimslo Three-Dimensional Photographic System which was named by The National Society of Professional Engineers “As One Of The Ten Outstanding Engineering Achievements In The United States.” During that time he developed the patented analog 3D depth of field through control of the parallax. Dr. Nims was Chairman and CEO of global hi-tech companies with the Nimslo/Olsen/Timex group HQ in Bermuda, U.K., France in 3D Litho printing, 3D analog amateur/professional photographic systems, 3Dx analog diagnostic medical systems/images. In Besançon, France, he was Executive Director of Fralsen in charge of building all the 3D portrait cameras for Sears, Chairman Family Net T.V. Network. In Washington, he was president of the largest conservative political organizations (6 million members) working with the Reagan and Bush White Houses. During that period, he appeared numerous times on national/global TV/radio/print including voice of “Listen America”, a daily radio show heard on 200 stations. Leslie Jerry Nims and Bill Karszes are responsible for designing/building in Japan/Europe the Nimslo 3D analog camera (later the Nishika). The analog cameras are used globally to create Nimslo/Nishika GIFs, the leader in 3D GIFs on the internet today.
John Brandon, Chief Executive Officer:
John retired from Apple, Inc in October 2015 as their Vice President of International after almost fifteen years. He was responsible for the largest revenue piece for Apple, culminating in over $100 Billion in his last year. Prior to Apple, John was the CEO of Academic Systems, an educational content company which he sold to Lightspan, Inc. They took the combined company public on NASDAQ in February 2000. For the ten years before that, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of North America for Adobe Systems. Earlier John held sales management positions at both General Parametrics Corporation and Texas Instruments. He currently holds for profit board seats for Hexagon AB; Securitas AB and two privately held venture-backed companies.
William Karszes, Ph.D., Chief Scientist:
Dr. Karszes was recruited by Leslie Jerry Nims to work in the Nimslo/Olsen/Timex group on analog 3D. Dr. Karszes is the holder of numerous patents, many with Leslie Jerry Nims. He has served as President of TAPPI’s Extrusion Coating Division. Dr. Karszes served as Director of Operations/Senior Scientist of Octal Petrochemical (Muscat, Oman). Dr. Karszes developed/supervised manufacturing new machinery which was key in Octal becoming the world’s largest APET sheet manufacturer. Former President of Plastic Associates, Inc., D.V.G. Plastics, Inc., Senior Scientist of Ethicon Inc., Johnson & Johnson. Developer with Leslie Jerry Nims of 3Dx system that delivered to 200 hospitals/Doctors weekly analog 3D transparencies of Glaucoma for diagnostic analysis and operations. Worked in Naples Italy with Leslie Jerry Nims and CRdC Tecnolgie in a space consortium. CRdC consisted of 5 Universities, 3 Government R&D entities and 300+ Ph.D.s. Nims Karszes delivered a significant Patent/Know-How in 3D images for Space/Remote Sensing.

Mr. Rooker is an executive with over 30 years of senior leadership and management experience in the technology and hospitality industries. He is an operations expert with comprehensive knowledge and skills in domestic and international companies. Former General Manager, 11 years, multiple properties across U.S., Hostmark Hospitality Grp., Chicago.
David Ivey, J.D., Chief Legal Advisor (Designee Chief Operating Officer):
With a focus and emphasis on entrepreneurial businesses, David has an extensive background working for both small and Fortune-level companies directly and as an outside consultant (including Sprint-Nextel, Verizon, Comcast, Marsh McLennan, among others). His legal expertise includes over 15 years of general and litigation practice with his own firm, Ivey Law Firm, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. In that position, he has negotiated hundreds of corporate transactions for clients, ranging from corporate formation and restructuring, employment matters, commercial land and lease contracts, IP licensing, and technology acquisitions (including a major hardware acquisition in China for a former Hong Kong-based client). David’s network of top-tier legal, finance and accounting firms throughout Europe and Asia has enabled him to offer a connected wealth of international business advice to his clients. He is a graduate of The David A. Clark School of Law, University of the District of Columbia, Washington, D.C. (Juris Doctor), Mississippi State University School of Political Science and Public Administration (Master of Public Policy and Administration) and The W (Bachelor of Science).
Sam Pol, Executive Vice President Technology:
Sam is an industry veteran and expert at creating digital 3D images and scenes for translation to high performance commercial lithographic and flexographic print systems. An expert at matching stereo images and video sequences to sophisticated optical lens structures, Sam has designed and built custom camera systems with integrated software applications, and also developed proprietary and patented techniques for viewing 3D images on mobile devices & tablets without requiring users to wear goggles, glasses, or headsets.
Jeffrey Phelan, Chief Technical Advisor:
Jeffrey is Public Sector Chief Technologist & Growth Lead, H2O.ai ; Board Advisor, P59 Global ; Former Chief Technology Officer, Public Sector, Rubrik, Inc – Palo Alto, CA.; Former Portfolio Lead, Defense Cloud Services, GDIT ; Former Director of Strategic Growth, Northrop Grumman Information Services. Jeffrey has a Bachelor’s in International Business from George Mason University and attended L’Universite de Grenoble, and has completed the Executive Program in Strategy & Innovation from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Michel Coulomb, International Advisior:
Prior to joining TreisD, Michel spent twenty years at Apple holding different general management positions in Europe, Middle East, South East Asia and India. He significantly contributed to Apple’s successful launches of the brands most iconic products as well as initiating its expansion in emerging markets. Michel previously held Sales and Marketing leadership roles at Kodak and Lego. He has lived and worked in Paris, London, New Delhi, Dubai, Amsterdam and Singapore.

Dr. Tommy Jordan, Chief Science Advisor:
Dr. Jordan is a Certified Photogrammetrist and Lead Research Professional at the Center for Geospatial Research (CGR), Department of Geography at The University of Georgia (UGA). He is a Past President of the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS). Dr. Jordan’s responsibilities at UGA have involved management of CGR research projects for clients including USGS, NASA, NGA and GA DNR, with emphasis on the geospatial components, and the design and operation of the CGR computer systems, databases, web sites and networks. His primary research interests currently include unmanned aerial systems (UAS), Structure from Motion (SfM) photogrammetric methods, lidar and cross-discipline applications which integrate the full range of geospatial technologies.
Steve Goldberg, J.D., Deputy General Counsel:
Steven Goldberg has been a lawyer for more than 30 years and is a partner in the law firm of Markun Zusman & Compton, LLP, which has offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Orange County, California. He is a graduate of Harvard University with a B.S. in Mathematics and of the New York University School of Law. Mr. Goldberg has specialized in litigation and has represented clients including IBM, Celgene Corporation, Tesoro Corporation, ViacomCBS, Sony Pictures, NBCUniversal and Starz Entertainment as well as other corporations, professional athletes and musicians. He has led and managed teams of attorneys and other professionals in handling sophisticated intellectual property, corporate, contract, securities and employment cases.
Nick Manley, Esq., Partner, HGF Limited (UK), Patent Attorney:
Nick has worked with Jerry Nims, Bill Karszes/team for 6+ years and has a thorough understanding of TreisD technology and its strategy for success. Guisou Mahmoud, M.D., Medical Advisor:
Dr. Guisou Mahmoud is a physician who has specialized in Emergency Medicine for more than 20 years. She is both a Diplomate, American Board of Emergency Medicine and a Fellow, American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Mahmoud holds a number of leadership positions, including as Medical Director of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Providence Mission Hospital, Laguna Beach California, a position she has held for 12 years. She also serves on various committees at the hospital, including as Chair of the Emergency Medicine Services Committee and as a member of the Medical Executive Committee, the Quality/Peer Review Committee, the Critical Care Committee and the Covid-19 Task Force and Command Center, among others. Dr. Mahmoud graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 1998 and completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at the State University of New York, Downstate Medicine Center in 2002. She served as a member of the faculty in the Emergency Medicine Department at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California from 2003 to 2012.
